Parent Teacher Conferences Thursday September 14, 2023

Dear Parents/Guardians,

This letter is to inform you that Parent Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2023. We will ONLY have evening conferences from 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm. There will not be a sign-up link this time. You will be contacted within the time frame stated, 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm. If we are unable to reach you, we will leave a voice mail to inform you that we have attempted to call. Ms. Jones, Ms. Salmon and Ms. Villa will be holding the conference together via phone call. Thank you for your cooperation.

4th Grade Parent Teacher conference sign up link for Thursday March 9th

Dear Parents/Guardians,

This letter is to inform you that Parent Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday, March 9, 2023. We will have afternoon and evening conferences. The afternoon conferences will be held between 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm and the evening conferences will be held between 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm. We have posted a sign-up link in Google Classroom, so that you can sign up for Parent Teacher Conferences at a time that is convenient for you. Please sign up using YOUR CHILD'S NAME. Please sign up ONLY ONCE. Our conferences will be about 5 minutes long per parent. Should you require more time, we can set up an appointment during Parent Engagement time on Tuesday. Prior to the meeting, we advise that you log into your child’s Google Classroom and see their grades for Marking Period 3. Ms. Jones, Ms. Salmon and Ms. Montalvo will be holding the conferences together via phone call. Please sign up by Wednesday, March 8, 2023 the latest.
